The most magical time of the year is upon us, and Nantwich is set to dazzle with its annual Christmas Light Switch-On! Mark your calendars for Friday, November 22nd, when the town transforms into a winter wonderland filled with joy.

This beloved event is perfect for families and friends and marks the start of the festive season with a vibrant mix of activities, entertainment, and community spirit.

Event Highlights:

• Live Entertainment from 3pm: The festivities will kick off with a lively broadcast by The Cat Radio to set the mood.
• Festive Market Along Churchyardside: Starting at 3pm, JDL Mini Markets will present a delightful array of stalls filled with unique gifts, handmade crafts, and seasonal treats to inspire your Christmas shopping.
• Late Opening of the Traditional Market: Browse the traditional market until late and discover fresh produce, artisan goods, and delicacies while enjoying the festive atmosphere.
• Headlining Tribute Act at 6pm: Don’t miss Lauren G as she lights up the stage with a stunning tribute to Taylor Swift, performing some of the pop star’s biggest hits.
• The Big Moment at 7pm: Gather in the town square for the highlight of the evening—the grand Christmas lights switch-on! The ceremony will illuminate the heart of Nantwich with a breathtaking display, crowned by the magnificent Christmas Tree, generously sponsored for the 10th year by Applewood Independent Ltd.
